When we finally found a place that seemed “just right”, close to transport, cute, and needing no major renovations, we knew it would be a very competitive buying situation. Anne did an incredible job for us and was instrumental in helping us find a home that we really love. She was patient and understanding and never pushed us to make an offer even though our search was quite prolonged. In fact, at several points, she wisely advised us against houses that were not a good fit. She not only knows the housing market but she also is very knowledgeable about home construction and could give us accurate readings on what repairs were likely in the houses w were considering. She learned what we were looking for and spotted several good prospects (including the home we eventually bought) before they were listed. Anne's real strong suit though is in the offering process. She gave us very professional advice about our competition for a particular house and what kind of offer would be competitive. She made it a priority to make sure that we didn't overbid a house (which is a real danger in the present overheated market). On top of all of this, she is a very pleasant and fun person who seemed genuinely happy when we found a house we loved. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
