I was recently relocated to the Bay Area for a new job. The company put me in touch with Anne as a local realtor. I am so glad they did. She was, quite simply, amazing. I had very specific ideas of what I liked and was looking for. She combed the listings and found several to look at. They all had the feeling of what I wanted and yet there was variety among them. I was able to quickly settle on one that I really wanted and she went to work. The short story is that I got what I wanted and escrow closed last week. The long story is that the sellers were a piece of work (difficult doesn't even begin to cover it) and the listing agent was clueless, unresponsive, and reluctant to deal with her own clients (the sellers). Anne was consistently involved and working to move things along and get the issues resolved. Often asking what I wanted and then working to make it happen and coming back to me with a resolution. Working with Anne made what could have been an extremely painful experience into a fairly seamless march towards success and the ultimate goal of getting me into the house I wanted. Anne Feste did a wonderful job for us. We were relocating from PA and she responded super fast to emails long before we had even arrived in CA. The Bay Area real estate process can be incredibly challenging, especially for first-time buyers. In a market where the tech-rich and foreign investors, not to mention the numerous other buyers, can easily push the average buyer to the side for desirable properties, Anne is the advocate you want. She makes it a point to understand what exactly you are looking for and has a keen eye for properties that meet your expectations.
