I highly recommend Anne for any transaction. Ours was a large and complicated sale that included two properties in an estate. Anne was super helpful in getting the property ready to sell (all trustee's lived out of the immediate area) and really went above and beyond the call of duty. Our communications channels were always opened and we had quick issue resolution to any situation that arose. Again, I highly recommend Anne, would never go with anyone else!

Anne helped us find a house as we relocated to the Bay Area from Seattle. We originally narrowed our search to Piedmont, based on her recommendation, but we quickly realized we were out of our depth and there was not enough inventory. Anne switched gears effortlessly and showed us many houses in areas where schools were good. We ended up in a terrific house in Upper Rockridge that we are in love with.
